If you want to show ads in your subdomain site like - blogger , wordpress etc , You can not show ads using your Youtube approved Adsense. You have to purchase a domain and link with your blog.After completing of linking domain with subdomain name, Submit your site into adsense , Adsense takes some days for approving your site.
Once your site approved , you can put ads on your site. You can not show ads from hosted partner to Nonhosted partner. You can directly apply through your blog option, there put your details and submit.
